Thanks. I stumbled upon it and couldn't resist. The shave is very similar to a DE89. Quite Mild---especially when compared to my 2011 R41, a real beast.

The rough side is generally used wih pastes, but it can equally be used for plain stropping. It will obviously have a very different feel, and would be more akin to a linen/cotton effect, so I would still finish on the smooth side.
Hi all,
We all have questions about shaving and the endless things that go with it.
Our community has so many knowledgeable people that can answer these questions that you may be wondering about.

I hear ya! I am by far not-skilled and had zero confidence going in and greatly doubted that I’d ever master the straight. It is a longer learning curve. I’d say it took about 30 shaves before I felt like I was somewhat comfortable in my...
Same regarding both hands as a result of straight shaving and it has carried over when I revert to a safety razor. However, for whatever reason I’ve never switched hands on the ATG pass on the right side of my face. No idea why.
Mmh, I used 2 hands for my 10-12 month attempt at SR’s but when I went to a “genuine” Kamisori I used my dominant R hand to complete the shave, there were some “bloody” good nicks initially 😂😂
I use both hands. I forced myself to do it when learning how to shave with a straight, and now on the odd occassion when I use a safety razor, I find it easier to use both hands. It means less contortions when skin stretching, if nothing else.
I shave with my left hand with standard razors. However when I was shaving with a straight, I used both hands. I could never get my neck to a satisfactory finish so I went back to mainly standard razors. I will on occasion use a straight just...
Hi I have tried this a number of times over the years but I'm so used to shaving right handed I have to be real careful.
As I favour efficient/aggresive razors.
Maybe I should try mild razor like a tech for my offhand touchups
Cheers.
Insanely close 2-pass shave with the Bunny V3. The shave is identical to the V2, that is to say, amazing

Oh man, I tried using a shavette but my hands kept shaking. Too scared that’ll butcher my face. Not confident enough nor have the skill to use a straight razor 😬
Here is a little back story on The Bunny.
In late 2015 I Picked up my first few injectors. They were Schick repeating razor A, Schick E2 and a Schick H. I was sold on injector blades from shave 1.
Then in January of 2016 I found a Schick F...
I was just looking on TSD. I cannot believe it has been 10 years come February that I made the first one. Then started the pass around. That was really fun to get all the feedback.
Thank you @Karl G for all the help and motivation you provided...

They are all the same exact head designs. Yours however has the machine screws as apposed to the main spring being riveted on.
The screws are better as you can do a deep clean on the razor. Also replace components if needed.
Just a...
